Villa Tahiti is a dreamy property located in one of the most exclusive areas of Albufeira with breath-taking sea views. Just a short drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the Algarve and excellent restaurants, Villa Tahiti II is the perfect contemporary holiday home for family and friends alike. This modern and luxurious property has 4 bedrooms and a splendid pool, as well as free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout. The first floor of the property houses the majestic master bedroom (en-suite), with a walk-in closet area and jacuzzi (Use only upon request) from which you can look out over the bedroom and onto the amazing sea views. There is a leisure room upstairs, which contains games equipment (pool table and dart board) and a fully equipped gym which ensures that you needn’t compromise your fitness routine whilst on holiday. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there’s an extra bathroom which is not en-suite. An additional annex with patio doors leading directly to the beautiful garden is a fifth bedroom, with 1 double and 2 single wall beds which sleep 4 people and has a WC next to it with direct access from the garden. A modern kitchen provides all the equipment necessary for home cooking to be enjoyed in the sleek and spacious living / dining area with comfortable seating and an incredible poolside view outdoors and sea view beyond. One of the highlights of this property is the fabulous outdoor terrace and pool area, with an infinity pool (heatable as an optional extra), extra-large jacuzzi (as an optional extra - with capacity for 6 people) and breath-taking views looking out to the ocean. Sun loungers are provided for taking in the sun, as well as outdoor furniture and a portable barbeque for having meals while taking in the surroundings. Villa Tahiti is in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Albufeira, with a privileged view onto the surrounding area. The property is just a short drive from restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as beautiful golden beaches. Albufeira is just a 7-minute drive away where you’ll find the historic Albufeira Old Town and Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town. Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Youth Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 12 people. The 13th and 14th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
