Villa Saint Martin is a fantastic 5-bedroom villa which sleeps 14+3 and is located just a couple of minutes’ walking distance from the famous Albufeira Strip. With an unbeatable central location, this superb villa with a private heatable pool is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax in the heart of Albufeira. The property has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed set (sleeps 2), 1 with two single beds and a bunk bed set (sleeps 4) and the last with a double bed and two single beds (sleeps 4), as well as 3 bathrooms and an extra service toilet. The living room is cosy and has comfortable seating and a TV, as well as a dining area; the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for home cooking. Outdoors, the property has an inviting large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and garden area with sun loungers, where you can spend the day in the sun. A traditional barbeque allows for easy summer grilling. Villa Saint Martin is in the heart of Areias de São João, Albufeira, just a few minutes’ walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The nearest beach (Praia da Oura) is just a 10-minute walk away and the Albufeira Old Town is about a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk. Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) - Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) - Breakage Deposit Youth Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) - Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 14 people. From the 15th to the 17th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €75 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €20 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
