Villa Comino is a charming and inviting 3-bedroom villa enjoying a prime location in the quiet residential Quinta dos Alamos estate, a few minutes’ walk from the town of Guia. With a private heatable swimming pool surrounded by a fence (great for those with small children) and a beautiful garden, this wonderful holiday home is sure to delight families looking for a quiet Algarve getaway. Villa Comino has 3 bedrooms: 1 twin room and 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), as well as 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite). A modern kitchen provides plenty of counter space and is fully equipped for home cooking with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes and utensils. The large living / dining room is cosy and inviting, featuring comfortable sofas, a TV and dining area, which has direct access (via patio doors) to the outdoor dining area on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available throughout. The property is completely walled and fenced, with a gate and steps leading down to the entrance of the villa. The private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the front of the property, with plenty of sunbeds and table tennis nearby for additional entertainment. A barbeque is available for summer grilling and the dining area on the terrace is the perfect spot to entertain friends and family with a meal al fresco. The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken in a spicy sauce), banks and bakeries, is just a few minutes walk away and the Algarve Shopping centre, with a variety of shops, supermarket and restaurants is only an 18-minute walk away. The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, Lourenço or São Rafael. Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermens beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 7-minute drive. Car hire is recommended/necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season. • Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on total deposit/breakage amounts. • Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only) Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
