Villa Saona is a wonderful 5-bedroom villa located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Albufeira, within a 15-minute walk from Albufeira centre and 25 minutes from the Old Town and golden beaches of Peneco and Pescadores. This marvellous villa with free Wi-Fi, sleeps up to 12+3 guests and is perfect for large families or groups looking to stay close to central Albufeira. On the first floor you’ll find 4 bedrooms: 3 with double beds; 1 with a bunk bed and 2 single beds, one of which pulls out from the beneath the other). The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor. The property also has 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room. The outdoor terrace offers a wonderful private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) where you can enjoy the Algarve sun, as well as a barbeque and outdoor dining area. The property is in the quiet neighbourhood of Caliços, Albufeira and is just a 10-minute walk from the nearest supermarkets (Lidl and Aldi), as well as the local market where you can find fresh homegrown produce. The Albufeira Old Town is about a 20-minute walk away (about a 7 minute drive) and the Albufeira Strip is also about a 7 minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Youth Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 12 people. From the 13th to the 15th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €75 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €20 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
