Villa Samana is a beautiful modern villa enjoying a prime location in the Galé area, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. With a private heatable swimming pool and breath-taking sea views, this Algarve oasis is the perfect holiday spot for the whole family. This contemporary new villa has 5-bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: The Ground floor with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (en suite); and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (en suite). The First floor with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (en suite); and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (en-suite). The first floor also has an outdoor sun deck with beautiful sea views. On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, oven, coffee machine, dishes and utensils, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster, as well as breakfast bar. The living / dining room is bright and comfortable, with direct access to the garden and pool area, and there is also a small cosy den to relax in. The swimming pool is heatable (as an optional extra) and plenty of sunbeds are provided for lounging in the sun. The outdoor dining area and barbeque allow for al fresco summer meals by the pool. The property provides free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout, as well as private parking. A games room on the lower floor provides plenty of entertainment in a relaxed and comfy hangout area with ping-pong, pool and table football. Villa Samana is in the beach town of Galé, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a minimarket is just a 10-minute walk away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: Thursday from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Youth Groups not allowed Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 10 people. From the 11th to the 14th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed for only €90 each, per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €20 each, per week) The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
