Townhouse Moreton is a wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home affording a prime location in picturesque Oasis Park, one of the best condominiums of the Algarve. Perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun, the property is just a short drive from the centre of Portimão, as well as the beautiful beaches of Vau, Alvor and Praia da Rocha. This marvellous townhouse has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (1 of them en-suite) and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath and overhead shower. The bright and inviting living and dining room allows you to lounge comfortably and enjoy a meal with family and friends, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a delightful patio with outdoor furniture surrounded by landscaped garden areas allows the option of enjoying your meals alfresco. The Townhouse also includes free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a fantastic Games room on the lower floor where you can enjoy a game of snooker. The Oasis Park complex has an exceptional leisure centre which includes a beautiful indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of Oasis Parque guests. Plenty of sun loungers are provided around the large outdoor swimming pool and smaller pool for children, and there’s a café / restaurant nearby for refreshments. The property is in a quiet area of Portimão and is a short walk from 2 different supermarkets and several restaurants and cafés. The beautiful beaches of Alvor, Vau or Praia da Rocha are a short drive away, as well as the charming beach town of Alvor and vibrating Portimão city centre. Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 8 people The 9th to the 10th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
