Villa Elba is an impressive 5-bedroom holiday home with a private swimming pool and garden. Only a few minutes’ drive from central Albufeira and from beautiful golden, sandy beaches, this contemporary villa offers a perfect location for a relaxing family holiday. This villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and spacious communal areas on all the 3 levels inside and the outside. On the lower level is 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and a games room with a pool table. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and 1 bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor: 1 twin bedroom and 1 double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There’s also an additional W.C. on the ground floor and a spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating and a TV. The family sized kitchen is fully equipped with dishes & utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. From here you can access the sunny glass fronted dining area with a large table and chairs, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Outside, you can enjoy a private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) surrounded by a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve sun. The property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, about a 5-minute drive from central Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming Old Town along Pescadores beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and sparkling nightlife. The nearest beach is Olhos de Água beach, just an 8-minute drive away. Car hire is recommended/necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €3.000 per party (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 10 people. • The 11th and 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
