The remaining twin bedroom (also with an en-suite bathroom) in on the ground floor, as well as an additional bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparing meals and a bright and spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating, TV, DVD player, sound system and direct access to the stunning terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy meals or drinks with views of the large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and with an impressive traditional Algarvean barbecue, ideal for preparing outdoor meals and entertaining your party alfresco. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
