Villa Boracay Villa Boracay is a stunning property, enjoying a privileged location in São Rafael, Albufeira, within walking distance of the golden sandy beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. Located in a quiet setting ideal for families, villa Boracay is the ideal escape for a relaxing break in the sun. This incredible 3-bedroom villa has a capacity for 6+3 people, with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed set (2 single beds), as well as 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is bright, spacious and fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking and the inviting living / dining room provides comfortable seating, TV (on which you can enjoy the international channels available) and a dining area for family meals. Outside, you can enjoy the inviting garden and large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) as well as the ping-pong and pool table. Al Fresco meals cooked on the brick barbeque can also be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Parking is available inside the property. Villa Boracay benefits from air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Here you can fully relax, being only a short walk away from a wide variety of renowned restaurants, some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve where you can enjoy water sports and only a short distance from the new town and an excellent golf course. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermens beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. • From the 7th to the 9th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
