Guests enter the home from the first floor, walking past the infinity pool and towards the main house. The vaulted ceilings of the open-plan space make the room feel bright and spacious. To the side you will find the living area, with a large L-shaped sofa and a television mounted on the wall, you can unwind in comfort at the end of long days relaxing by the pool. The large sliding doors allow guests to truly enjoy indoor-outdoor living and maximise the views from the terrace. The other side of the open-plan space is home to the dining area and kitchen. Seating six guests at the dining table plus a further four at the breakfast bar, there is space for everyone to dine in style. The kitchen is sleek and modern with white counters and cabinets and is fully equipped with all you could need to cook a feast for your loved ones. Off the living area, you will find the first of the four bedrooms. Benefitting from sliding doors out to the terrace and its own en-suite bathroom, this bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and would suit those looking for their own space. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor and all enjoy sliding doors out onto the terrace. Two of the bedrooms are home to further queen-size beds and offer modern en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. The final bedroom has two bunk beds and has use of a good-sized family shower room on this floor. This bedroom can sleep up to four guests and would suit any younger children in the group, creating that sleepover feeling! Outside, you will find the private infinity pool and a spacious upper terrace. Sun loungers line the pool, allowing adults to relax while the kids splash around in the pool. The terrace extends towards the house where you will find an outdoor dining area covered with a pergola, providing much-needed relief from the heat of the sun. On the lower terrace, kids will be pleased to know that there is a trampoline that will provide hours of entertainment - it is even fenced for added peace of mind. Most easily accessed from the mainland via a ferry to Makarska, Sumartin is a small town with a rich history and has now become a popular spot for tourists. Sumartin was established in the 17th Century, and even today the Franciscan monastery still stands, where there is now a neighbouring museum where you can learn more about the history of the island. Sumartin is also home to a number of convenient amenities, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants, all serving a range of foods and cuisines to suit all taste buds. The island of Brac has been a popular holiday spot for a number of years, offering an island oasis for those that make the journey here.The island is most commonly accessed from Split airport via a ferry to Supetar on the islands north coast. Supetar is Bracs largest town and offers a horseshoe-shaped beach and a great spot to stock up on supplies before heading to your villa. There are smaller towns and villages dotted around the island that are wonderful places to explore in the evenings as you head out for dinner. Many of the beaches on Brac are pebbly or rocky, but there are a few sandy spots. Zlatni Rat, or Golden Horn as it is known, is a spit located on the southern coast of Brac near the town of Bol. The beach is largely pebble but is thought to be one of the best beaches in Croatia, and its unique shape makes it popular with tourists. Lovrecina is home to the only sandy beach on Brac and is located between Postira and Pusisca on the north coast of Brac. And nearby, there is an archaeological site of a 6th-century Christian basilica, so why not combine your beach day with a bit of history and culture!
