Casa Beauty sits expediently in the Vall de Colonya of Pollensa; this outstanding ‘finca offers a tranquil rural raised setting amongst the meadows of Pollensa. Clad stone walls, mature garden, shady terraces and an irresistible swimming pool conjure up the rustic appeal of this utopia. This idyllic setting with panoramic views is certainly the key to this exceptional property, although you cannot ignore the distinct embracing ambience of the interiors. The spacious living area has terracotta tiling, traditional wooden beams throughout which compliments the cosy allure of modern furnishings—mesmerising mountain vistas envelope Casa Beauty from which you can explore the diversities of the north. The most magnificent sweeping views are yours at this 4-bedroom rural retreat. Entering from the stone courtyard, the house interiors convey an instant homely feeling with the principal living accommodation having an open plan design. Stone arches throughout and soft furnishings offer a traditional but elegant feel. The attractive lounge offers comfortable sofas, fireplace, plasma TV, DVD, WiFi and views over the garden, steps lead to the dining room with table and chairs, perfect for indoor dining, and a hallway leads to the fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen. The large patio kitchen doors offer access to an outside terrace which is very convenient and perfect to watch the sunset. From the dining area, there are stairs leading to the first floor where you will find, 2 x double bedrooms (1 x double and 2 x twin) all with ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Externally there are steps down to the various spacious terraces that border the house, poolside and landscaped grounds. Sweeping panoramic views can be savoured across the undulating valley. The swimming pool is a circular shape and is built into the rock face; therefore the rock actually forms part of the pool. Sun loungers and spectacular views surround the pool with a covered seating area adjacent. While this location is undoubtedly rural, there are still good amenities in the town of Pollensa (2 km). A little further afield you will find the beach at Playa De Muro (13.5km) and Puerto Pollensa (9 km), both sandy beaches and perfect for families. #### Features The Villa Casa Beauty sits high on a hill overlooking the breathtaking Vall de Colonya in Pollensa. Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollenca doesnt feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism. Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but be warned that to get to the top; you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top. Puerto Pollensa just 9 km away, offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileno families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. Cala Sant Vincente just 9.2 km away is a small resort town in north-eastern Majorca, Spain. It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering to tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenc, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum on Mallorca.
