This beautiful two double bedroom property is nestled in Harty Place, just off Clanbrassil Street. It is in a fantastic area to access the City Centre on foot or hop on the many buses that pass the door. The Space: This beautiful property is presented with two double bedrooms, one main bathroom with a very spacious shower. The living room and kitchen are open plan. There is a small courtyard at the rear of the property. Guest Access: Check in is from 4pm. As there is no reception at the apartment one of our team will meet you at the following location with the keys and then show you around. Please provide your arrival details so that we can arrange a suitable meeting time. Interaction with Guests: Guests will be personally welcomed to the apartment but are left to enjoy their holiday. There is contact available whenever required by the guests. Getting Around: We have a self check in facility at this property. On arrival there is a black key box on the wall at the front of the house. Please pull down the black cover, enter the code 0721 on the dial twist the turn dial at the top, retrieve the keys and close up the key box ensuring it is closed properly. Close over the black cover. When you enter the property the alarm is located behind the door on the wall, enter the code 2135 to disarm the alarm. Heating : The boiler for the heating is located above the presses in the kitchen. Please ensure that the boiler is switched to the on position. To control the heating we use a Natatmo unit which is on the top of the fire place. The number at the top of the unit is the temperature you would like the apartment to reach, the bottom number is the current temperature of the apartment. To adjust the temperature all you need to do it press the top of the unit to raise the temp or press the bottom of the unit to reduce the temperature. HOT WATER There is instant hot water once the boiler is switched on. To use the electric shower please ensure the cord beside the shower door is in the ON position before using. Please turn it OFF after. The Velux window blind in the first bedroom is opened and closed by the small white remote control which is on the bedside locker. Have a wonderful time in Harty Place. Other Things to Note: The property is beautifully decorated very well equipped. Guests will be very pleased with their choice of accommodation. The property will be presented to you, the guest, in excellent condition. It will be clean and tidy and we are always available to help with any questions. Please reciprocate and leave the apartment as you found it. House Rules: Check out is 10am. Please lock up all doors and windows, Gather up all your garbage and please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Turn on the alarm 0#4, close the door, lock the bottom lock and deposit the keys into the keybox. Safe travels.
