This luxury apartment is located on the border of Sandyford/Stillorgan right across the road from the Stillorgan Luas stop. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. The kitchen is fully equipped and finished to a very high standard. This modern apartment is located just outside Dublin city. It is bright, spacious and very comfortable. There is a large comfortable living/dining area with a bright modern fully equipped kitchen. There are two very comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom is a double with its own ensuite. The second bedroom is a twin room. There is also a main bathroom. The accommodation is just 20 minutes to the city centre by either car or tram. A car is not essential as the tram is just across the road - one minute walk. Take the hassel free way to town using the tram. Within a few minutes walk of the apartment there are two supermarkets, Dunnes Stores and Aldi. There is a Starbucks coffee shop and pizzeria all within walking distance. There are restaurants and bars also within walking distance including The Beacon Hotel. Guests will have access to the whole apartment during their stay. It is a spacious apartment. I am available for any questions you might have during your stay. I leave guests to their own devices but am on hand when needed. The apartment is located just across the road from the Luas (tram). This service will take you into the centre of Dublin city in just 25 minutes. This is a modern efficient way of accessing the city. This apartment is right in the heart of Sandyford. It is ideally located for any corporate bookings required in this area. Also very suitable for leisure breaks. The Space: This modern apartment is located just outside Dublin city. It is bright, spacious and very comfortable. There is a large comfortable living/dining area with a bright modern fully equipped kitchen. There are two very comfortable bedrooms. As there is no reception at the apartment one of our team will meet you at the apartment with the keys and show you around. Please confirm your arrival time in order to make arrangements for key collection. Interaction with Guests: I am available for any questions you might have during your stay. I leave guests to their own devices but am on hand when needed. The Neighborhood: Within a few minutes walk of the apartment there are two supermarkets, Dunnes Stores and Aldi. This is a modern efficient way of accessing the city. Other Things to Note: Upon Departure Check out is at 10 am. If you are leaving ahead of this please leave the keys and the parking permit (if applicable) in the post box in the lobby. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Please remove any rubbish and leave it in the rubbish bins indicated. There will be an additional cleaning charge if the apartment is not left in a tidy condition. House Rules: The apartment will be presented to you, the guest, in excellent condition. It will be clean and tidy and we are always available to help with any questions. Please reciprocate and leave the apartment as you found it. All rubbish should be bagged and removed to the underground rubbish storage section. Instructions are in the apartment manual.
