The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. There is a large, bright living-cum-dining area with an ultra-modern kitchen off the living area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all ware required for a self-catering holiday in Dublin. There is a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a small utility room in the hallway with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms are bright and fresh. The master bedroom is ensuite. Each bedroom is a double room. A cot and highchair are also available. The bathrooms are very modern, each with it’s own shower. The main bathroom has shower over bath while the ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle. There is multi-channel satellite TV and WiFi. There is underground car parking for one car. For stays longer than one week and for corporate rentals servicing of the apartment is available on request for a small extra charge
