Windmill Lane is the perfect location for business and leisure travellers, located on Lime Street with easy access to the City Centre. Positioned close to all major offices in the Grand Canal Dock and a short walk to the IFSC, the new Convention Centre and the 3 Arena concert venue , there are a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops and the Grand Canal Theatre only a short walk away. It has direct access to the north side of the city via the Samuel Beckett bridge. The Space: The Windmill has two double bedrooms. It is in the heart of Dublins financial district making it an ideal location for corporate and leisure lettings. Google HQ and the Dublin Convention Center are within walking distance making it an ideal location for delegates visiting either. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all utensils required. There is an open plan dining/living room with Virgin Media high speed internet and multi-channel TV. The location of the apartment is excellent with access to the restaurants and shopping area in the Grand Canal area. There are many great facilities all within a short walk of the apartment so a car is not necessary. The city center is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Guest Access: Check in is from 4pm. As there is no reception at the apartment one of our team will meet you at the following location with the keys and then show you around. Please provide your arrival details so that we can arrange a suitable meeting time. Interaction with Guests: We are always available to help with any requests or questions. We do, however, leave you to enjoy your stay. Getting Around: As there is no reception at this property one of the team will meet you at the above location at the arranged time for check in. Other Things to Note: The property will be presented to you, the guest, in excellent condition. It will be clean and tidy and we are always available to help with any questions. Please reciprocate and leave the apartment as you found it. House Rules: Check out is 10am. All rubbish should be bagged and removed to the rubbish storage section at the back of the building. Please bring your keys to gain access back into the building. If you are leaving ahead of the normal 10am check out please leave the keys in the apartment and close the door behind you. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
