Casa Norma is a stunning 4 bedroom villa on the sought after residential community known as Buganvillas. The villa has been renovated to an excellent modern standard with electrically heated pool, air conditioning, WiFi and a pool table. Upon entering Casa Norma the main hallway leads to the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with ensuite shower room. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and is located next to the main bathroom, which has a shower over bath. The third & fourth bedrooms have been created with the recent renovation of the villa (twin bedrooms). There is another shower room and additional lounge area with TV and games console for use of all guests (PS4 - games not supplied). You have glass dorrs leading to the outdoor area with easy access to the pool and terrace area. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning available (works on a coin operated system) and the villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people. The kitchen has been extended and now has an indoor dining area located at the end of it. The kitchen is very practical with granite work tops and has all the modern appliances you would expect from a villa of this quality - dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has very high ceilings with high designer windows which is a feature of the Buganvillas community. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating for all, a wide screen TV, DVD player (DVDs not supplied) and IPTV system. Via the IPTV system the villa benefits from BBC, ITV and SKY channels, including all the movies and sports. Moving outside, part of the renovation was the extension of the tiled terraced area, making a huge sunbathing area available, with more than enough room for the feature Canarian style BBQ and a al fresco dining area. There are comfortable outdoor sofas and the villa also boasts a fantastic pool table for all to use. The pool is approximately 8 x 4m with roman steps leading in to it. It also benefits from electrical pool heating giving a great temperature throughout the year. Surrounding the pool area are enough sunbeds for everyone and simple but beautiful gardens. The villa is located centrally in Playa Blanca and is approximately a 15 to 20-minute walk to the main area, which has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and 3 lovely beaches. For beach lovers, Playa Blanca is also known for the world renown Papagayo Beaches. Completely un-commercialised, stunning natural beaches only a short drive away. Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambiance, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
