On entering the house, you are welcomed by a light and airy, cosy living room with 4 vintage single sofas, coffee table and widescreen TV. Then on the right side you can enter the dining area/kitchen room. The dining area has a large modern table that seats 6 people. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine toasted sandwich maker and a Frappe coffee machine. The 2 rooms are located on the right and left side of the living room. The master bedroom is located on the left-hand side which incorporates one large new large double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a 2 single beds Walking at the end of the living room you can find on the second bathroom and the door which provide access to the back of the property. There you can find the large covered terrace which includes the barbecue cooking area with a traditional style Cyprus barbecue and exterior dining table as well as a siting area for your afternoon coffee/tea with an amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea. In front of the house you can find space for parking for 2 cars and the house is air-conditioned throughout for your ultimate comfort all year round. The house is situated close to the centre of Pomos village and very close to all the amenities such as butcher, kiosk, coffee shop, museum and a small supermarket. Additionally, in less than a 1 km distance you can find the small harbour of Pomos and one of the few organized beaches in the area as well as other quiet and unspoiled beaches. Additional in the area you can find some fish and meat taverns. This is a well-priced, comfortable property being ideal for those looking for a quiet stay in an unspoilt part of the island.
