Apartment Limones is situated just back from the seafront and its 5 km promenade, which stretches from the light house in the East to almost the Papagayo Beaches in the west. The area boasts a magnificent array of shops, bars, and restaurants with superb views of Fuerteventura. The harbour of Playa Blanca with its small fleet of local fishing boats, is a short walk away and also has leisure services for holiday makers such as trips on the glass bottom boat, fishing boats and a local submarine. Also available from the harbour is the ferry to Fuerteventura, which sails about every 2 hours during daylight only. There are 2 ferries one is high speed which takes 20 minutes and the more conventional one takes about 45 minutes sailing time. The apartment features a lounge area with a flat screen TV and a choice of TV services. There is a door from the lounge onto the terrace which has a glass dining table and four chairs. The kitchen area is open plan to the lounge and is adequately equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, hob and the usual assortment of cutlery and tableware. There are two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and double beds. The master bedroom has its own seating area where you can enjoy a little quiet privacy. There is a bathroom between the bedrooms. To summarise, this comfortable apartment has everything for those who wish to stay in and prepare their own food, in this magnificent setting, or there is a different restaurant within walking distance for every night should you choose to eat out as often as possible. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
