It measures approximately 260 square feet. See photos for a layout of the cabins. There are 2 cabins with 2 sides to each cabin, so I have 4 cabins, 2 in each building. You are renting one side. Please be advised that the second bed is a pullout sofa. If youre trying to sleep 4 people with the same comfort, youre probably not going to find it sleeping on the pullout. There are 2 buildings with 2 cabins located in each building. If using the pullout, some room rearrangement will be necessary. We do not offer televisions in any of our cabins. Post Oak RV Park and Cabins has 4 cabins available, so if calendar says we are booked, we may have availability. Be advised that the business name is Post Oak RV Park and Cabins, so we have RV Guests as well as cabin guests. We are only 15 minutes from Baylor and we are located in the country, but the time for you to get to your particular location at Baylor will depend. Close to Homestead Heritage for food and shopping. Guest Access: Access to your room and walking trails. Free wifi access. Iron is available upon request. Interaction with Guests: Owner lives on site and is easily accessible. The Neighborhood: Located right off FM 933 (Gholson Rd) and is easy to locate from Waco. Homestead Heritage is less than a mile away! Getting Around: Located within 15 Minutes of Lake Waco, The Texas Ranger Museum, Baylor University, The Dr. Pepper Museum, Cameron Park Zoo and Baylors McClane Stadium is within 10 minutes. Other Things to Note: No pets allowed. The pullout items will be provided when the reservation is for 3-4 people. We do not normally have pullout items available for 2 people, unless specifically asked for in advance, and there is usually an added fee when there are only 2 people for use of the pullout. This covers added cleaning fees. This unit has a new Mini Split air conditioner. If the remote is lost or damaged, there will be a $50 replacement fee deducted from your damage deposit.
