Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Casa Mia is a dreamy property located in one of the most exclusive areas of Ferragudo with breath-taking sea views and has probably the best view of the Algarve (River, Sea & Portimao views). Just a short walk from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the Algarve and excellent restaurants, Casa Mia is the perfect holiday home for family and friends alike. This impressive and elegant property has 4 bedrooms which are luxuriously decorated and the property was built and furnished to the highest of standards. Casa Mia has a lovely lounge/dining area and a splendid heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra), a games area which is furnished with a pool table, football table and table tennis table as well as free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning (A/C is in the bedrooms & lounge/dining area). The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Ferragudo are only just a stones throw away. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on extras, rental and breakage deposit amounts. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
