Villa San Carlo is a cosy but spacious villa which enjoys a great location in the Galé area, just 2km from a beautiful sandy beach. With a private heatable swimming pool situated within a fenced, lawned garden. This property will be enjoyed by all the family. The villa has 3-bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms: The first floor has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning in each and access to a shared terrace. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. The Ground floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning and a separate shower room/ toilet. Also on the ground floor is the open plan living area (lounge and dining room), a well equipped kitchen, with a hob, oven, coffee machine, dishes and utensils, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and toaster, which has an adjoining utility room for the washing machine. The living / dining room is bright and comfortable, with direct access to a covered patio and the pool area and garden. The swimming pool is heatable (as an optional extra) and has sunbeds provided on the lawn area for lounging and relaxing. The outdoor covered dining area and barbeque allow for al fresco summer meals by the pool. The property provides free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the bedrooms, as well as off road parking. Villa San Carlo is in the beach town of Galé, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a large Aldi supermarket is also within walking distance. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. The 7th to the 10th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
