The living-quarters of the villa covers merely 800 sq-feet of the 50,000 sq-feet of the area that you will have for yourself as we only rent it to one group at a time. Besides Casuarina trees (???? ???) that dot the entire villa, it also contains mango, coconut and cashew trees. The living quarters consists of a veranda, living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, toilet/bathroom. The second bedroom is on the first floor accessible by ladder-styled-stairs. Basic facilities are available in the villa including: fresh towels, bed-sheets, quilts, toiletries, refrigerator (including freezer), gas-stove, clean cutlery/utensils, waste disposal, yoga-mat and so on. Hot-water is accessible through a wood-burning stove. A few benches and hammocks are also setup near the villa for you to enjoy the outdoors. Campfires can also be set up within the villa in the dedicated area. You can simply walk down to the Dubbanasisi beach which is less than 5 minutes from the villa. The villa is ideally suited for four guests extendable to six. Guest access You will have access to 50,000 square feet of area just for yourselves. You will not be sharing the area with any one else except for the trees and birds in the villa. Parking is available in the villa free of charge. Guest interaction You can contact Shaila (via phone) who stays in Bangalore at reasonable hours for all help like guidance and tips to plan your itinerary etc . You can also contact Vikramaditya (via phone or Whatsap) regarding the same. The caretaker, Ravi is the go to guy at the villa to facilitate smooth check-in and everything else. Generally he will be available between 7.30am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 8pm at the villa. He can be called over phone also in case of need at anytime including at night as he lives nearby.
