Villa Belgica is a 5 bedroom house in a fantastic central position, only 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants in the center of Alcudia. The house is a great choice for large families or groups who dont want to hire a car. The superb sandy beach and several family attractions are also nearby. The villa has a fresh, colorful and contemporary interior, a private swimming pool and a small lawned garden. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and the lounge and pool heating are included. At the front of the villa is a gated private driveway, with more parking space to be found on the street if needed The path from the driveway leads to a small seating area by the entrance, and around the side of the villa to the pool terrace. The lounge is bright and airy, with stylish furnishings and a traditional beamed ceiling. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV An archway leads into the modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Patio doors allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, and give access to the pool and dining terrace. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor - a double, a twin and a single bedroom - as well as a bathroom and shower room. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom The villas private swimming pool is surrounded by lawn and terracing with ample space to sunbathe. On the far side of the pool is a pleasant covered eating area with a table and chairs and a large brick BBQ. There is also a small lawn at the front and at the back of the villa.
