A beautiful free-form pool forms the centre-piece of this popular complex. Surrounded by lovely tropical gardens Antares is a much sought after destination and is visited year after year by happy returning holidaymakers. This bright, modern ground floor two bedroom apartment has a private covered terrace off the lounge / dining area and master bedroom which overlooks the pool and gardens. Amenities are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar just around the corner. Antares is a wonderful choice for the discerning, and is always much in demand - so book early to avoid disappointment! Wifi and Internet TV are provided. Please note: There is one flight of stairs to the front door. Normally the swimming pool on Antares is officially closed during the period - November 1st to April 30th. From May to October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
