Within ten minutes of the house, you can be browsing the craft shops in Pollensa’s pretty cobbled streets, sipping coffee at a table in the main square or climbing the 365 steps to the Calvari church for its magnificent views. This pleasant 3 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and brick BBQ, as well as a view of the Tramuntana Mountain in the distance. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms are included. There is a private off-road parking area for your hire car, with 3 steps up to the entrance at the front of the house. The living area has comfortable sofas, a TV, ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the raised covered terrace overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen leads into a second dining area with a door onto the BBQ terrace, and also has access to a pantry and utility room. The traditionally styled kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Villa has a double bedroom with patio doors onto the covered terrace. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom and shower room. All 3 bedrooms are fresh and airy, with plenty of storage space Outside, the villa has a small lawn area and terracing with ample space to sunbathe.
