This impressive 5 bedroom villa has a bright and airy interior, with superb views over the surrounding area and distant mountain range. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included. Villa Luis Vives is gated from the street, with a private parking area for your hire cars. The main entrance is at the front of the villa, opening directly into the ground floor living area. On the ground floor is an open plan lounge and dining area, with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. The adjacent, full equipped kitchen has patio doors onto the front dining terrace overlooking the pool. There is also access to a handy pantry and utility room. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. On the first floor is a second smaller lounge, which also has seating, a small table and chairs, a flat screen TV, and access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. The ground floor double bedroom and twin bedroom share a separate shower room. Upstairs, the second double bedroom has an en suite shower room and access to the terrace shared with the lounge. There are 2 twin bedrooms and they share a second separate bathroom. Swimming or sunbathing in the garden, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Tramuntana Mountains behind the villa. The brick BBQ is at the rear complete with a large table and chairs. A second table can be found at the front of the house on the raised, covered terrace, if you prefer to dine in the shade.
