Villa AL Fresco offers superb outdoor living areas in a tranquil setting but is close to the lovely town of Guia with its great selection of local restaurants and café bars. Please note, we dont accept reservations from groups of young people under the age of 24 years. The villa has recently undergone some renovations and offers charming and cozy accommodation for up to 10 people (maximum 8 adults + 2 children/adolescents). Entering the main villa, the white fitted kitchen is functional and has electric hob, combination washing machine with dryer, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, iron/ironing board, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, coffee machine and an electric hand whisk. There are ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery for preparing meals. A couple of steps lead down into the spacious living area where there are several chairs and sofas, a TV with choice of some English-speaking channels (and Netflix) and air conditioning. The traditional woven bamboo effect high ceiling is a beautiful feature of this bright and airy room. Doors lead out on to a rear terrace and also to the main front terrace and swimming pool area. Down a couple more steps there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, small fitted wardrobe and air conditioning and the other bedroom has twin single beds, small fitted wardrobe and air conditioning. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower over. Open style stairs (in the living room) lead to the master suite on the first floor, with double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There are also 2 private terraces offering views over the gardens. The master suite has a private bathroom (with bathtub / shower over). Externally is where you will desire to spend your time as the grounds of the villa are quite spectacular offering numerous different seating or lounging areas and the most fabulous huge shaded dining area! There is a charcoal BBQ and small sink and different level terraces around the swimming pool give the grounds a real quirky feel. There are also grassed areas and gardens with beautiful local shrubs and plants. Within the grounds is a separate annex which has been totally refurbished. It comprises of an open plan living area with 2 single sofa beds, air conditioning, a bedroom with twin beds and air conditioning and a separate shower room. The grounds are completely fenced, and access is via electric gates. There is ample outdoor parking for at least 5 vehicles.
