Located in the picturesque fishing town of Amble on the Northumberland coast, Sea Larks is a luxury holiday home with plenty of style. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this beautiful detached property boasts three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a snug and an enclosed garden. Perfect for family staycations and self-catering getaways with friends, Sea Larks will certainly tick all of the right boxes! Please be aware that this is a brand new development. This property is in the first phase of completed works. The rest of the site is due to be completed Easter 2021. The Space: Sea Larks has premium furnishings and a high quality finish throughout. From the moment you enter the property, you’ll notice it’s light and airy feel. On the ground floor, you’ll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom features a Super King bed, a modern ensuite bathroom and patio doors which open out into the garden. Ideal for soaking up the sun and al fresco dining, the enclosed garden has a patio with an outdoor dining area. Please note the Super King bed can be made into twin beds if that would be more suitable for your stay. Head to the second bedroom and you’ll find a King size bed with an ensuite bathroom. With a neutral colour scheme, this space is calming and tranquil. Pops of colour are added through mustard soft furnishings to create a truly sleek look. The third bedroom also features a comfortable King size bed and a relaxing feel. It is complete with light grey furniture, wicker chairs and an abstract marble resin art piece. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll be welcomed into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Striking in design, this bright and stylish space features a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and luxury furniture. Despite the large size of the room, the living area feels cosy and homely. Fire up the log burner, turn on the flat screen TV and sink into one of the comfy tan leather sofas. In the summer months, open the patio doors which lead out onto the balcony and let the warm breeze drift in. Behind the living area is the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is ultra chic with matte grey cabinets and marble effect worktops. With high end Smeg appliances, Sea Larks is fully equipped for all self-catering stays! The dining area includes a tall dining table and six leather bar stools. Whether you’re getting a takeaway delivered or you’ve cooked up a storm in the kitchen, you can enjoy meals with your loved ones in this space. Also on this floor is the snug. This cosy room features a comfortable, grey sofa and flat screen TV. Snuggle up with the little ones and watch your favourite shows or enjoy some quiet time with a good book. The sliding doors open out onto a balcony which has on trend basket weave chairs. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor. It features a bath and handheld shower, WC and basin. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is free parking located on site for up to 4 vehicles. Interaction with Guests: We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. The Neighborhood: Sea Larks is located in the beautiful town of Amble on the Northumberland coastline. With a bustling marina and long stretching sandy shores, there is plenty of fun to be had here. You can try your hand at watersports as there are plenty of activities on offer including sailing, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Hop on a boat trip to The Coquet Island, just a mile off the coast, to discover an array of wildlife. There are 35,000 nesting birds in the summer and a colony of over 600 seals! Amble is also home to delicious restaurants and cosy pubs so you can enjoy a truly relaxing break. As Amble is a fishing town, you can expect the best seafood fresh from the coast. If it’s shopping you’re looking for, the town has lots of independent stores. Head to Harbour Village and you’ll find 15 brand new pods selling arts, crafts, food, drink and gifts. Getting Around: Amble is located 15 miles from Morpeth and roughly 9 miles from Alnwick on the coast so it is perfectly situated for exploring Northumberland. There are plenty of great bus routes making it easy to travel around the area. Hop on the X18 which travels from Alnwick through to Newcastle with stops in Craster, Seahouses and Bamburgh. The nearest train station is roughly five miles away in Alnmouth. Located on the main East coast line, express trains stop at Alnmouth train station throughout the day so you can get a direct train to London in just 3 and a half hours. Edinburgh is just one hour away, Berwick upon Tweed and Newcastle just half an hour.
