It’s spread across 3 different floors and it offers plenty of natural light. The two bedrooms can comfortably sleep 2 guests each. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition. The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a study area, the kitchen, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used. On this floor guests will find a bright and spacious living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal to relax after a long day exploring London. The 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor and they feature comfortable beds. There is also a second bathroom with a shower on this floor. All bathrooms are clean and neat. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. The house is in a residential part of town but it’s located in between two tube stations offering easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits close to multiple tube stations: Chalk Farm, Camden Town, Swiss Cottage and Mornington Crescent. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time wont be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
