There are two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, allowing you to comfortably sleep 4 people at once. There are also two bathrooms, with bathing and showering facilities. Additionally, there is a private patio area equipped with chairs and a small table, ideal for enjoying warm weather or a cool evening with drinks, while also providing access to the streets of Bayswater via a small staircase. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Please be aware that the house is located on the ground floor of the townhouse it is located in, and all the rooms and spaces are on the same floor. Please be aware that the dining table can seat a maximum of 4 guests. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
