The second bedroom is a twin with plenty of wardrobe space and two comfortable single beds. The en-suite bathroom offers a bathtub and the other family bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle. The fully fitted and modern kitchen is equipped with new quality appliances such as fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the living/dining room you’ll find a dining table for up to six guests right next to the kitchen, plus comfortable seating with a 55" smart TV where you can enjoy a wide variety of international channels (including British, French and German channels) plus a high-speed fibre optic internet connection. From the living room you have access to the large terrace with pool views and access to the communal gardens and swimming pool. On the terrace, youll find an outdoor dining table with six chairs where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner "al fresco". The urbanisation of "La Fragata" offers beautiful communal gardens with a great variety of tropical and Mediterranean plants. Parking is on the street and there is always plenty of public parking around the port. All in all, an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, in a high-quality apartment, near shops, bars, restaurants and the port of Estepona. This lovely apartment is located in the well-known urbanisation of "La Fragata", very close to the marina of Estepona. Less than eight minutes’ walk, the marina of Estepona offers a wide variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. In addition, the international market takes place every Sunday in the port, where you can buy some souvenirs of your holidays. The local street market takes place every Wednesday and is also located very close to the urbanisation, less than 10 minutes’ walk. The charming old centre of Estepona is approximately 15 minutes’ walk, which still retains the taste and beautiful appearance of the typical Andalusian white town, with cobbled flower lined streets and traditional squares with ice cream parlours and tapas restaurants. Estepona is known as the “Garden of the Costa del Sol” and you’ll see why when you visit! Around the apartments, you’ll find two supermarkets in less than five minutes’ walk. The closest beaches are Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, both with blue flags and about 10 minutes’ walk from the property, making it a privileged amenity for your holiday in Estepona. For exploring Andalucia, think about Granada, Seville and the provincial town of Malaga. Gibraltar is also only 35 minutes away by car… but don’t forget your passport! Estepona port near restaurants, bars and beaches In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
