Outside, there is plenty of space to sunbathe or swim. The grounds face south ensuring a good amount of sun during the day, and the tops of the local mountain range can be seen in the distance. At the side of the garden is an impressive BBQ house with a brick BBQ, a sink and storage space, as well as a table and chairs. A second table and seating area are on the partially covered terrace overlooking the pool. Entrance A gated driveway leads to a private parking area at the front of Villa SOlivellas, with the entrance through large, traditional wooden doors. The villa is traditional and homely inside, with tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. Towards one end of the living space is a comfortable seating area and a flat screen TV. Towards the other end is a dining table and chairs, a breakfast bar with stools and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a small laundry room. Patio doors from the living area open directly onto the pool terrace. On the ground floor is a shower room and a twin bedroom which overlooks the neighbouring olive grove at the side of the house. Upstairs is a second shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom has a small seating area and also overlooks the olive groves to the mountains beyond. You can even just see the sea in the bay of Puerto Pollensa over the tree tops! All 4 bedrooms have the same traditional tiled floors and beamed ceilings, with plenty of storage space. FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.
