Villa Culebra Villa Culebra is a spacious and comfortable holiday home with a large private saltwater and heatable pool (heating as an optional extra), located in one of the most desirable areas of the region. It is in a rural location, but close to all amenities that you may need including some of the Algarves most stunning beaches and restaurants with great reputations catering for all tastes. It would be the perfect spot for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing holiday. This wonderful holiday property includes 4 bedrooms: 1 double with an en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and one single bedroom. There are also an additional 2 bathrooms as well as the en-suite. A well-equipped kitchen has all the utensils and modern appliances necessary for home cooking, to be enjoyed with family or friends inside or on the spacious terrace beside the large pool. You will also have the option of al fresco dining prepared on the traditional barbeque. There is a choice of bright spacious seating areas. The downstairs living room or the comfortable seating area on the first floor, ideal for reading and relaxing whilst enjoying the countryside views. The outdoor area is spacious with a large heatable saltwater swimming pool (heating as an optional extra) with sunbeds for relaxing in the sun, surrounded by a wonderful well-maintained garden with private parking on site for up to 3 vehicles, and seating for outside dining. The villa is located in a quiet area between Galé beach and the well-known village of Guia (famous for its many chicken Piri Piri restaurants). There are several restaurants and bars a short drive away and the main town of Albufeira is about a 15-minute drive away with attractions such as the Old Town, Praia dos Pescadores and Albufeira Strip. Villa Culebra will undoubtedly be a great choice for your holiday in the sun! The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. From the 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
