Villa Sunrise Villa Sunrise is a fantastic holiday home located in a quiet residential area, just less than a mile from the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. With a private swimming pool and spacious garden, villa Sunrise is sure to be an excellent choice for a relaxing family holiday. The property has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 twin bedrooms (1 with a spacious terrace with gorgeous views), as well as 3 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), sleeping 6+2 people. The kitchen is fully-equipped for home cooking with a hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, dishes & utensils, toaster and refrigerator. A laundry room leads off from the kitchen and is where you will find the washing machine. The inviting living / dining room has plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal or lounge with family and includes a TV and free Wi-Fi. The property is also equipped with Air Conditioning. Outside, the property is surrounded by a fence and hedge affording good privacy. A spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool and sun loungers allow you to fully enjoy the Algarve sun. There is also an outdoor BBQ and dining area where you can entertain family and friends with meals overlooking the swimming pool. Villa Sunrise is approximately a 15-minute walk into the town of Carvoeiro, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful golden sandy Carvoeiro beach. Car Hire is recommended and if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. From the 7th to the 8th people an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week) The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
