The house of 120 m², consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and the third with 2 single beds, all of them spacious and bright. It also has 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bath and the other with a shower, so 6 people can be comfortably accommodated. The living room with 2 comfortable armchairs, a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, and heat pump, invites you to rest and the wood-burning fireplace gives you the rural charm you are looking for; a large table and chairs for 6 people complete this area. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, and with all the necessary utensils to prepare succulent meals. The exterior of the house is designed to enjoy the outdoors, with a beautiful porch furnished with comfortable rattan armchairs, which is the perfect place to have breakfast or have an aperitif protected from the sun; on the large terrace of more than 100 m² facing the porch, you will find the pool with sun loungers around to enjoy the sun. You can also prepare healthy meals on the barbecue and eat under a large umbrella on the large table on the terrace. In front of the entrance of the house, you can park your vehicle.
