The beach in your face!!! Lots of fun things to do in Daytona! The Hard Rock is just two doors down. All during the summer there are fireworks on the pier each Saturday night. Movies, shopping, restaurants, and a band shell are also at the pier which is walking distance. The Convention Center and Splash Lagoon are across the street from the pier. All a half of a mile from the Condo. The studio is an hour and a half from the Disney Parks. Several springs are nearby for kayaking all year round, and manatee viewing during the winter months. Be sure to check out the dinner cruise in the historic downtown Daytona area. The Daytona Speedway is 7 miles away with several races throughout the year. St. Augustine is an hour to the North, right up A1A. It is a beautiful drive to the oldest city in the USA. Check out the lighthouse to the South on A1A. There is also a turtle sanctuary in that area. There are several boat tours in that area where you will not be disappointed seeing dolphins, especially at tide changes.
