The ground floor boasts a stunning wooden floor that runs throughout the kitchen area to the living room. The wood contrasts beautifully with the pale walls, adding a comfortable and homely feel to this amazing space. The kitchen follows suit with the pale colours and exudes opulence with the chic white and grey Italian granite counter-tops, juxtaposing with the floor spectacularly. The light tones of the kitchen are accentuated by the big windows, adding splashes of light to the sleek room. Getting Around: Being situated in the beating heart of London, you can walk almost everywhere from the apartment. The duplex is situated less than 5 minutes walk from Marylebone Train/tube station (Bakerloo Line, Zone 1), and 8 minutes from Baker Street tube station (Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle & Jubilee lines). Parking is available on the single yellow line outside the apartment on Sundays. At other times, the best parking option is the Q Park on Penfold Street, just 3 mins walk away (about £15 per 24 hours, per vehicle). Other Things to Note: Sadly we do not automatically accept reservations with children under the age of 12 years old. House Rules: - check in 3pm, check out 11am - no reservations from guests with children aged under 12 yrs in their party - no smoking in the property - max 4 guests, sleeping in the 2 x kingsize beds - no guests to sleep on the sofa - slats of lower shutters on living room windows to be kept angled to 45 degrees max during the day, and closed at night. - kitchen countertops should be wiped carefully after use to avoid marks/stains - all windows to be closed and locked when the property is left empty - any spillages on carpet or furniture should be dealt with immediately to avoid staining - lost keys will incur a charge for replacement locks - wood burning stove to be closed when unattended - a maximum of 6 people in the property for entertaining (inc guests), unless cleared by prior arrangement - no music playing after 10pm for the sake of our neighbours - please read the welcome pack carefully on arrival
