The apartment is formed out of part of the coach house of one of Torquays grand old Victorian villas. It is located in the Wellswood area of Torquay and is close to "Wellswood Village" with its many amenities including a pub, post office, two bistros, cafe, delicatessen, patisserie and many other shops and traders of different kinds. The apartment is also just a ten or fifteen minute walk from The Kents Cavern one of the main English Riviera Attractions. The apartment features a superb dining hall with a stunning roof lantern that floods the space with masses of light. The kitchen is part of this space and has all the equipment you would need including a gas stove, electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
