Location Welcome to Hidden Spring Villa, our luxurious executive 5 bed/3.5 bath house located in a tranquil haven within minutes of Disney World and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer. It is situated on a wonderful vacation resort – Glenbrook – which has its own clubhouse with air conditioned gym, large resort pool, tennis court, volleyball pit, children’s play area, outside pool table, computer with free internet access, DVD/games consul games lending library, fishing lake and a lounge with a giant TV (all sports equipment can be rented). There are many activities, from card making to a big Halloween party, in the clubhouse throughout the year. Glenbrook lies just north of route 192 on the US27, just 12 minutes/7 miles from the Disney World Theme Parks, 20 minutes from SeaWorld/Discovery Cove/Atlantis, and 25 minutes from the Universal Parks & the International Drive area. Busch Gardens in Tampa, Lego Land and the superb white sand beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts can be reached in little over an hour. There is a Publix supermarket (excellent selection of fresh produce), a Walmart, shops, restaurants & a medical centre/pharmacy all within a mile. The shopping malls and Premium Outlets are just 20 minutes away. House The house itself is extremely spacious, tastefully decorated and sleeps 10 people maximum in 5 bedrooms. It is fully air conditioned throughout. It has its own private, screened large south facing swimming pool with adjoining in-ground spa & extended decking area (one of the largest pool decks on Glenbrook) with patio furniture and 6 sunloungers. There is outside lighting so you can enjoy this area after sunset. There are flatscreen TVs and DVD (some BlueRay) players in all bedrooms. Our management company always maintains impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail. In light of the Covid-19 virus, our management company has created and implemented a new regime that achieves the highest possible standards of cleanliness, sanitization and disinfecting. This regime exceeds CDC guidelines, the code defined by the State of Florida’s governing body and also the standards set out by other authoritative industry bodies and organizations. We are 100% committed to doing everything possible to keep our guests as safe as we can. To this end, our normal cleaning regime has been enhanced as follows: - All staff who clean, service and maintain our home have undergone extensive training in all aspects of the virus, Personal Protective Equipment and the new cleaning/disinfecting requirements. This training will be ongoing to ensure constant understanding of and compliance with developments. - All staff who clean, service and maintain our home will use disposable gloves, face masks, protective bootees, safety goggles and other protective equipment as required whilst working in the home. - The rigorous cleaning program that has always been in force has now been updated and enhanced to include extensive sanitisation and disinfecting disciplines covering all major surfaces and frequently-touched areas and items. Should there be a need to attend the property for a maintenance item during your stay, the attending technician will adhere to established safety practices regarding PPE and social-distancing.
