We fell in love with Florida many years ago and in 2004 we bought this villa as we just fell in love with the pool and how good the location is, we hope we have made the villa like a home with all the little extras we provide. Bridgewater Crossing is an up and coming area which is clean quiet and well kept, their are lots of things for our guests to do from the nature trail,community pool to a childs play area and best of all they are free for our guest to use. Disney is right on our doorstep but far enough away for the peice and quiet. Champions gate is 2 minutes drive from the villa and you will find all you need their from a resutrants to shops. A new 18 hole golf course which was designed by Greg Normal opened in 2004 and has the wow factor and even if you dont play golf is worth having a visit. This villa is 2 story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, it is clean bright and more like your own home that a rental villa, loads of little added personnel touches. The home is very easy to live in and plenty of room for 7 people. The comfy lounge area has a 27in MULTI CHANNEL TV and DVD player with a choice of dvd that will suit all tastes. The dinning area has a large table so plenty of room for a family meal or game of cards. The kitchen is clean and has enough pots & pans to make a great meal on the large electric range. Ice maker is available in the large fridge and just to make life easy their is also a dishwasher and waste disposial. All the bedrooms have clean with luxuary comfy beds so a good nights sleep is guarenteed, espicially as the area is so quiet. We have a EN-SUITE KING BEDROOM, down stairs A QUEEN BEDROOM with tv and playstation for your comfort, 2 TWINS and a put u up bed and a cot in the 3rd room which has loads of toys for the little ones and a choice of 56 disney dvds for them to watch. Plenty of hot water for a wonderful shower or bath after a long day in the parks. Pool Area & area info Our large pool and deck area is bright and sunny, full sunshine from dawn to dusk, plenty of sun loungers and chairs to relax on and sock up the florida sunshine. Pool heat is an extra at $25 per day or $175 per week The deck area has a table and chairs in the shade if you feel the need to stay out of the sun or just have breakfast. Bridgewater Crossing has free use of a community pool,childs play area and a 2 1/2 mile nature trail, beautiful quiet are with lots on the dorstep. A few miles away you have major roads, shops golf courses and of course the park.
