Casa de Sonhos is a bright, one level luxury villa located at the rear of exclusive complex, minutes from the centre of Albufeira & within half-hours drive of Faro airport, the picturesque Monchique Mountains and some of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve. The villa has the benefit of its own private pool, which can be heated at an extra cost, located to the south side of the villa. The landscape garden also has a poolside shower, a tiled patio / BBQ area for Al fresco dining & an extensive roof terrace that’s not overlooked. Interior The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 twin & 2 double) all with fitted wardrobes & patio doors. The master bedroom overlooks the pool & has an en-suite bathroom. Situated between the 2 ground floor bedrooms is the second bathroom, all bathrooms are equipped with showers, vanity basins & are fully tiled, the villa also has the benefit of a visitor’s WC / shower room. There are also two put you up beds and two travel cots if required. The lounge is well furnished with a Freeview TV, Multimedia player, hi-fi and comfortable leather seating. The patio doors give access to the pool and barbecue area. This well planned complex provides an ideal base for families wishing to take advantage of the proximity to the many attractions of Albufeira. There is a regular courtesy bus service into Albufeira the courtesy bus can also be booked at a small cost for transport from Faro airport. A car is not needed for the use of all the complex amenities; as it’s only 500 yard to walk but if you would like to venture further afield then transport would be an advantage. Visitors to the ‘Casa de Sonhos’ are welcome to use the facilities of the Club.
