Villa Patrizia is situated at the foot of Mount Pizzo Teleffio that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare. The villa is made up of three apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera and Melograno. You can choose one of this accommodation according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units. The house is about 1,5 km far from the city centre and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is about 10 km from the villa. The owners live in the premises and can assist you at any time, if you want. Edera is a ground floor apartment. You may access the apartment from an open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and provided with TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with bunk beds. In the last one there are no windows. The bathroom is with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. The nice veranda overlooking the swimming pool is the perfect place for lovely outdoor breakfasts. The washing machine is located in a common area and shared with the guests of Melograno apartment.
