Villa Patrizia is situated at the foot of Mount Pizzo Teleffio that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare. The villa is made up of three apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera and Melograno. You can choose one of this accommodation according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units. The house is at about 1,5 km far from the city centre and at about 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is about at 10 km from the villa. The owners live in the premises and can assist you at any time, if you want. Melograno is a cosy studio apartment situated near the swimming pool. This unit has one multifunctional open plan living room with double bed and a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary. There is a small bathroom with shower. The veranda with pool view is the perfect place to have a meal outside. Pool is shared with guests of the two other apartments. The washing machine is located in a common area and shared with the guests of apartment Edera.
