Villa "TOSCANA" is located in a side street, very quiet, just hundred meters from clear sea where there is one mooring. The villa can accommodate 8/14 people ( 8 beds fixed and 6 additional beds). The interior of the house is divided in the following way: On the ground floor there are two identical air-condition apartments of 34 m2 each. Every one has a bedroom with two / three beds, plus one or two additional beds in the dining room ( preferably for children ), bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a large covered terrace, 26 m.2 or court yard of 30 m2 next to BBQ. Upstairs, there is a beautiful air-conditioned apartment, 65 m2, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two air conditions, modern kitchen, dining room and a large semi-covered terrace, 35 m2, with sea view. Outside there is a swimming pool ideal for children, barbecue, tables and chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, private parking, laundry and ironing. Fortunately, for the enjoy of our guests, the grocery store for basic needs is situated in the house next to ours. What guests particularly appreciate are the outdoor spaces, open and comfortable, which guests use to willingly spend their time together ... and the kids to play!;-)) The whole villa is available to guests, apart from the subterranean apartment , which is exclusive to the owners. I am always present during guests stay. Besides my availability for all their needs, I like delight, my guests with figs from our tree and grapes from our vineyard ... Its possible rent a boats to visit the nearby islands. Nearby there are many sports: waterpolo, volleyball, water skiing, scuba diving school, horse riding, boat hire and trips.
