The villa is located on a large plot within a conservation area which allows the opportunity to observe wildlife. The location is peaceful which allows time to relax away from the hub of Disney etc but within easy reach. We built the villa in 1993 and chose the area because of its peaceful nature and secluded pool area mature trees allow wildlife observation but also plenty of sunshine for the pool. A onsite tennis court is a few minutes walk with racquets and balls in the villa and if you like nature walks there two close by. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges to allow if necessary adult and children separation. A a cot and high chair is also included. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa and pool area also free National calls. The pool is not overlooked and can be heated in cooler months. Patio furniture and loungers in pool area. A tennis court is on site with racquets and balls in the villa, horse riding 5 mins away and free nature walks within 15 mins. Supermarkets are within 10 mins and the US192 with many restaurants around 15 mins. Kissimmee Old Town with the famous Vintage Car and Bike evenings and attractions is around 15/20 mins with Disney and Sea World around 25/30 mins. For the shoppers Outlet Malls are around 20 mins. The beach and Kennedy Space Centre is around 1 hour. Orlando International Airport is around 30 mins.
