Spacious, bright and comfortable one-story apartment in a quiet residential area next to the theme park "Loro Parque" and "Brunellis Steakhouse". It has two large terraces where you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic sea views and colorful sunsets of the island of Tenerife. There are free public parking spaces for numerous vehicles in the same street of the accommodation, there is no problem with places. The house is located 10 minutes walk from three paradisiacal beaches of fine black volcanic sand (Playa del Castillo, Playa del Charcón, Playa de Punta Brava) that together form Playa Jardín. They are surrounded by beautiful and well-kept paths, gardens, waterfalls, and stone caves. It also has a very lively promenade with restaurants, beach club and a multitude of leisure activities. On foot you can also reach various stores in the area of Punta Brava, such as minimarket - multistore, restaurants, greengrocers, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc.. The center of Puerto de la Cruz is a 15 minutes walk away. From the hotel "Maritim" shown in the photographs, there is a beautiful coastal path that leads to the Protected Landscape of Rambla de Castro, in Los Realejos. This is one of the easiest trails in Tenerife. With the car you can reach all kinds of establishments or natural attractions in an average of 10-20 minutes. There are multiple shopping centers nearby, making available clothing stores, cinemas, games, bookstores, cafes, fast food, etc.. The apartment is distributed as follows: - Living/dining room with access to the two terraces. - American kitchen, induction, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, and toaster. - Bedroom 1: has a double bed. - Bedroom 2: has a double bed. - 1 bathroom with bathtub. - Small room attached to the terrace with a washing machine and cleaning utensils. We strictly comply with the cleaning guidelines recommended by the Ministry of Health, Consumption, and Social Welfare in all our accommodations. IMPORTANT NOTICE: all children over 6 years of age must provide one of the following requirements: - Negative test of active infection (antigens or PCR) 72 hours prior to arrival. - Proof of having been vaccinated with the complete vaccination schedule within 8 months prior to travel. - Proof of having received a dose of vaccine more than 15 days in advance and within four months prior to travel. - To have passed the disease with 6 months of anticipation to the date of the displacement through medical certificate or public document where the date in which it has suffered the disease appears. - Responsible declaration to residents of the Canary Islands that they have not left their territory in the 15 days prior to arrival at the establishment. - Non-residents who can prove that they have stayed in the Canary Islands 15 days prior to arrival at the accommodation (e.g. copy of ticket) will also sign a declaration of responsibility for not having had symptoms on arrival at the establishment. - People who, regardless of their residence, have stayed outside the Canary Islands for less than 72 hours and having stayed in the Canary Islands for 15 days prior to that period of absence may also sign a declaration of no symptoms to access the tourist accommodation.
