Villa Elegance situated in the town of Cinisi and enjoys a splendid panoramic view over Punta Raisi and the Gulf of Castellammare. The charm and the position of the villa is emphasized not only by the structure built with typical local materials such as stones, wood and terracotta but also by the luxury furniture and wonderful garden characterized by the lawn and various Mediterranean plants. The villa is organized in two levels. Around the house there is a spacious veranda with stone arch and wooden roof from where you can access in the living room – a very elegant and refined room, arranged in various spaces suitable for reading or having conversation. The whole scene is dominated by the stone fireplace. From here it is possible to reach the first floor through the staircase. The furniture is characterized by the presence of some antique and precious objects. The hall is connected with the dining-room as well as with a small corridor which leads to the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is characterized by different objects belonging to the traditional Sicilian manufacture such as the collection of cooper pots and the table representing the so called Sicilian poor art (“arte povera”). The laundry is next to the kitchen. The main bedroom is very spacious with view over the garden. The bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The second double bedroom is stylish too. The main bathroom with tub on the ground floor is characterised by beautiful majolica that makes the room very sophisticated and elegant. On the first floor of the villa we can find an hall which looks on to the living room used as conversation room with original masonry benches with comfortable pillows. A wide arch leads to a further room with sofa and studio. On the first floor there are also one double bedroom and another two bedrooms with twin beds, all of them well-furnished and comfortable. The second bathroom is with shower. All bedrooms have a garden view and a charming sea view. Outside, Villa Elegance is surrounded by a wide and beautiful garden where it is situated the swimming pool. Close to the pool there is the external kitchen with barbeque and wood stove suitable for preparing original dishes of Sicilian cuisine. The dining area is composed by a table and benches . The external kitchen is equipped by utensils and household facilities. There are various external spaces where relaxing moments can be enjoyed. The nearness of the airport doesn’t compromise the still of the villa. The window and door frames in wooden and glass, protect the villa from any noises. All the bedrooms are furnished with air conditioners. The villa has also a central heating. Because of the large external and internal spaces, the villa needs a particular care necessary for its full functionality that’s why there will be a caretaker who can facilitate the stay and the vacation of the guests. There is available as well a maid for the house-maintenance or a cook for cooking dishes on spot. These further services are upon request and are paid apart. Parking area available inside the courtyard. In the Villa there is a free Wi-Fi connections and guests can use 2 bicycles for free.
