Villa Marilin is a typical and charming countryside house located in the territory of Fraginesi, in the hinterland of Scopello Villa Marilin is built on a single floor and the main entrance is in the living room, that is chic and well-groomed. In a corner of the living room, there is the kitchen in a rearranged rural style. The sleeping area is composed by 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. All the rooms are well-groomed the furniture is simple but sophisticated at the same time. The bathroom has a shower. The Villa has two big sheltered verandas that are furnished with comfortable garden furniture. One of these two verandas has a barbecue. In the garden surrounding the house, you can find the pool and an external shower. Near the main structured it is located the annex with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
