The villa is in the small village of Ban Nong Yai. There are two double bedrooms, each having a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two put me up beds available, only suitable for children. A well equipped western style kitchen. Dining area with large table. The lounge area is comfortable for relaxing and watching a movie, having True Vision Satellite TV and DVD player and a selection of DVD’s to choice from. The villa is fully Air-Conditioned. The villa has Fiber Optic Wireless Internet. Electric is charged extra at 5 baht per unit. You will pay for the units used at the end of your stay. The meter will be read on your arrival and before your departure. Outside there are sun beds, for that essential sun bathing with the patio area catching the sun just about all day. The all important swimming pool for when you need to cool off. Also the covered shaded area with seating where you can eat and take a cool drink and just relax. The patio area is really private too. At the front of the Villa there is a car port having a side entrance into the villa. The property is non smoking but you are very welcome to smoke outdoors. There is a local shop just a short walk away, where you can get petrol, phone top up, bits and bobs, a Thai meal and a cool drink of your choice and sit with the local village people and have a chat, which can be fun because most of them only speak Thai. They are really nice people and are always ready to help you. Lots To Do Out And About The Villa is five minutes away from Khao Kalok Beach. Along the Beach road you will find many restaurants offering Thai and European food. Sings Beach Bar is great as you can enjoy good food and have a drink as you look out over the sea. At Khao Kalok you will find Mr.Moo. And from him you can hire many things such as…Jet Skis, Banana Boat, Kayaks, Quad Bikes, Beach Buggies, Bicycles. Mr.Moo also does a Quad Bike and Beach Buggie tour which is great fun for all the family and his staff will take pictures of you at different places through out your tour. There is a local Kite Surfing School if you wish to take to the sea and may be learn a new sport. The Asia Kite Surfing competition was held here in March this year. Also along the beach road you will find many place’s to stop and take a relaxing massage and listen to the sea while all your aches and pains are soothed. The Everson Hotel is along to beach road too, so you may like to visit there spa and perhaps treat your self to some special pampering. Pak Nam Pran is a 10 minute drive away, has good food markets a small Tesco and 7/11 shops along with other shops and stalls. Pran Buri is a 15 minute drive away and has a Tesco supermarket situated in a small shopping centre, with KFC and other cafes, shops, hairdresser to name a few, you can also grab a coffee and a waffle and sit and relax. Pran Buri also has night markets and is good for a bit more shopping. Hua Hin is a 25 minute drive away, and is a lovely place to shop. Market Village is a great shopping mall were you will also find Ten pin Bowling, A Cinema, Massage, Hairdresser, a large Tesco supermarket, Boots the Chemist, Restaurants and lots more. Hua Hin Night Markets are great for souvenirs and clothes shopping. There are many Restaurants, Bars and Music, so good for a bit of night life. There are lots of places to visit, Temples, Big Buda’s, Elephant park, Caves, Monkey Island, Fishing Lodge, Golf, Boat Trips, Floating Market, Water Park, Night Markets. Getting Around It is advisable to have some transport while you are staying at the Villa. This can be arranged for your arrival. You can hire a moped which is good for getting around and they are easy to ride. A car (7 seater available) or pick up truck are good too. You can get a taxi if you prefer and you can find contact numbers for these in the villa. You will pay direct to the person for the hire of moped or car when you arrive. A taxi can be arranged for your arrival at the airport, this can be a car or a minibus and you will pay your driver when you get to the villa.
