This is a lovely air-conditioned townhouse with fantastic views over the Mediterranean from the terrace. It has a small private garden with a raised dining area. There are two sun loungers in the house for you to use. A huge communal pool is located a short walk from the house which weve never known to be busy. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs cloak room. The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and cooking hob. Dining area for up to six guests is just off the lounge with high speed Wifi and international channels with Sky and videos on demand for free. This house sleeps six guests in comfort with outdoor dining area with views over the Mediterranean. A 10-13 minutes walk to the beach and beach bars by crossing a foot bridge and only a short drive to Estepona town and Sabinillas. The property includes a private parking space and easy street parking just outside the house with steps down to the front door entrance. The communal swimming is only open during the summer. This beautiful house is located 8 Km west of Estepona and only about 500 metres from the sea. The direct views of the sea are breathtaking & the private little garden (with palms, shrubs and flowers) provides a great environment for you to relax and enjoy the sun whilst taking in the views. The house is fairly new and forms part of an original terrace of only seven houses that were built to mark the building of the Bahia de Casares urbanisation. This means these original properties are built to an impressive standard. The enormous 15m x 13m pool, with its private garden, is shared only amongst the small community which makes the pool area practically private to you as so few people can use it. The driveway is next to the front door where you find easy car parking. The house is spacious, airy and is very well furnished throughout. Altogether, a great house to spend your holiday. Short walk to beach, short drive to town In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasnīt a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please donīt send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
